The POR-15 Treatment on my frame

Using safety equipment...LOL...respirator, eye and hand protection...but no SLEEVES!  Stupid Hurts!!
This stuff does not wash off...it WEARS off, so needless to say I have it all over me!

I could not believe it...it is thick and slick and looks AWESOME!!!

Now that the frame is done it is time for the underbody to get a good coat!

Figured I would do the Transmission Support as well..

 Look at that shine!

 OOOOOOOOh

 AAAAAAAH

 Front floor pan

 Rear Floor Pan area

Where the rear diff will be located

 Look from back to front

Where the gas tank will go...

Boy has this come a long way...I put 2 coats of POR-15 on it and on Monday I will put 2 coats of Chassis Black semi-gloss to seal it and keep it protected from UV's....Then the reassembly begins, new upper/lower control arms, trailing and A-arms, 4 wheel disc brakes, brake and fuel lines, rear diff, springs, shocks and old wheels and tires...then mount the body and frame into a rolling chassis and off to the Bodyshop...YIPEEE!
